  • Atteindre ou dépasser les objectifs de vente individuels ainsi que les objectifs du service.

  • Fournir des conseils d’expert, des recommandations et de l’assistance aux clients potentiels au sujet d’une protection d’assurance voyage et soins de santé adaptée à leurs besoins.

  • Préparer la documentation pour les clients potentiels : remplir les propositions, établir les certificats d’assurance et préparer les propositions pour le traitement.

  • Maintenir des relations professionnelles et collaboratives avec les représentants de service de nos assureurs partenaires.

  • Résoudre les problèmes avec une attitude professionnelle en tirant parti de votre connaissance des produits et des services.

  • Assurer le suivi des comptes actuels ou établir des devis pour de nouveaux clients potentiels en utilisant les portails de l’entreprise.

  • Représenter la société de courtage aux événements du secteur, au besoin.

  • Vous tenir au courant des changements dans le secteur, des règles de souscription et des processus de travail.

  • Participer activement aux initiatives de formation.



Profil

  • Un permis d’assurance contre la maladie ou les accidents en règle exigée

  • Capacité à communiquer clairement et à expliquer des sujets d’assurance complexes dans les deux langues officielles (français et anglais)

  • Passion pour le service à la clientèle et les ventes; engagement à offrir une expérience client de premier ordre

  • Généralement 2 ans d’expérience en assurance contre la maladie ou les accidents dans un environnement « tout du premier coup ».

  • Expérience avec les portails des principaux marchés (Croix Bleue, Tugo, Manuvie, etc.)

  • Présentation et comportement professionnels et solide compréhension du secteur de l’assurance voyage dans un environnement axé sur la vente

  • Grand esprit d’équipe – Capacité de s’adapter et de collaborer avec divers membres de l’équipe et différentes personnes

  • Capacité d’effectuer des tâches multiples dans un environnement exigeant et au rythme rapide, tout en faisant du service à la clientèle une priorité 

  • Autonomie et solides compétences en matière d’analyse, d’organisation et de gestion du temps

  • D’excellentes compétences en informatique sont attendues, y compris la maîtrise des systèmes de gestion des courtiers – la maîtrise d’EPIC constitue un atout
