Our client, a leading firm in the recruiting space, is seeking a highly professional and organized Office Coordinator/Receptionist for a contract role. This position requires exceptional communication skills, particularly with senior-level executives, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professional Communication:
- Communicate effectively and professionally with senior-level executives.
- Handle all interactions with discretion and professionalism.
- Room Transitioning:
- Assist in transitioning clients and staff into different rooms as needed.
- Ensure smooth and discreet transitions.
- Office Maintenance:
- Perform kitchen duties, including maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Handle grocery duties and manage office supplies.
- Set up boardrooms for meetings and events.
- Consultant Support:
- Assist consultants with their lunch arrangements.
- Coordinate and prepare for team lunches and client/candidate lunches.
- Technology Setup:
- Prepare and manage Zoom calls for meetings and interviews.
- Ensure all technological setups are functional and ready for use.
Qualifications:
- Professionalism:
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
- Comfort in communicating with senior executives and stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining a well-organized office environment.
- Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Proficient in using Zoom and other virtual meeting platforms.
- Basic knowledge of office technology and equipment setup.
