**Administrator and Marketing Coordinator**
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Commerce.
- Advanced skill with Office and excellent communication skills.
- Experience or interest with Google Ads or Facebook Ads and social media posting
- Understanding of website traffic and data metrics analysis
- English/Mandarin/Cantonese
**Responsibilities**
- Lead various tasks and projects, including administration work and report to the manager.
- Produce content, marketing campaigns and graphic design.
- Coordinating and managing social media accounts.
- In person / virtual events planning and production ie meetings, Workshops, Webinar, Podcast ect.
- Running Live Stream Virtual meetings, seminars (Optional)
- Coordinating all activities including media, creative, PR and reporting
- On-going competitor SWOT analysis
- Business development support

Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week
**Salary**: $15.50-$20.00 per hour
