We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team.


The Human Resources Generalist will play a key role in supporting HR initiatives and programs that enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in full-cycle recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and employee concerns. Provide guidance on conflict resolution, performance management, and workplace improvement.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
  • Ensure HR compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
  • Assist in developing and implementing training programs to support employee development and enhance workplace skills.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including performance reviews and career development plans.
  • Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion programs, and wellness initiatives.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Maintain employee records, prepare HR reports, and ensure accurate data entry into HRIS systems.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • CHRP certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in HR generalist or related role.
  • Knowledge of HR principles, strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency with HRIS, and an understanding of employment law.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solution-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
