Key Responsibilities:

  • Call Planning & Documentation (20%):
  • Profile accounts based on our defined target criteria and address prospect objections to generate quality opportunities for Account Executives.
  • Conduct market research through multi-channel sources to stay informed about prospects and the competitive landscape.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and records of interactions with prospects within our CRM

.

  • Consultative Inbound & Outbound Sales (80%):
  • Target specific verticals via email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling using industry best practices.
  • Assist in crafting messaging and emails with calls to action to drive prospects to our website, conferences, and webinars.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Provide feedback and insights to help improve the SDR process and overall sales strategy.

Target Skills:

  • Prospect Identification: Ability to collect and compile relevant account and prospect data for inclusion in outreach sequences.
  • Outbound Sales: Tailor messaging and insights based on persona and organization to improve contact rates with target customers.
  • Active Listening & Consultation: Proactively listen to obtain relevant information and tailor your approach to diverse personalities and communication styles.
  • Value Articulation: Effectively communicate Unyte’s value proposition and differentiators in a way that resonates with potential customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Understand the features and functions of Unyte's offerings, and apply this knowledge from user experience, business context, and industry perspectives.
  • Building Rapport: Quickly build rapport with prospects, adjusting your approach to suit different personalities and communication styles.
  • Funnel Management: Maintain clean and up-to-date data, including customer information, meeting notes, and follow-up dates, to facilitate strong predictive performance.
  • Prospect Management: Prioritize high-value activities and opportunities by scoring prospects based on their fit, needs, and access to decision-makers.

Measures of Success:

  • Execution of day-to-day deliverables with a focus on outbound activities, including 50+ daily calls
  • Achieving targeted numbers of outbound opportunities and scheduled meetings per month.

Requirements & attributes that will ensure your success in this role

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Neuroscience, or a related field preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in cold calling and email outreach.
  • Strong interest in mental health, neuroscience, and innovative health solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial attitude with a passion for achieving goals.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Enjoy helping people reach their full potential while driving the business forward.
  • Experience using Google Docs, Hubspot, Zoominfo and Slack.

Don't meet every single requirement? That’s ok. At Unyte, we are more interested in who you are as a person than whether your past experiences align perfectly to the job description. It is your excitement for the role and desire to make a positive impact while bringing your authentic self to the workplace that interests us.

We also believe in living our values so they should align with yours. At Unyte we:

  • Ask how can I help
  • Do what matters
  • Move forward, learn by doing
  • Are aware, open-minded and responsible

Our Commitment To You

Our goal at Unyte is to develop a suite of effective mind-body solutions to guide tens of millions of people to happier, healthier and more meaningful lives. In order to achieve this, we believe in creating a culture where our employees can feel the same. A fun, caring, safe, inclusive, diverse and mindful workplace is our commitment to our employees.

We do this by attracting those who want to be a part of a company at the leading edge of the health technology industry. Our employees are empowered to create and innovate, have clear ownership of problems and solutions, and are encouraged to take care of themselves as much as they take care of others.

When you join Unyte you will receive a comprehensive salary and benefits package - as you would expect. But in addition, you will receive:

  • The chance to be a part of an innovative and mission-driven company.
  • An opportunity to make a meaningful impact on mental health care.
  • A supportive and collaborative team environment.
  • Professional growth and development opportunities.
  • Flexible vacation. We believe that taking breaks are necessary to your well-being.
  • Group meditation sessions if this is your jam.
  • Flexible work hours and 100% remote. We do make an effort to meet in-person to connect and have fun, though.
  • A start-up energy, but with actual work-life balance and a mindful culture.

Submit your resume and cover letter by September 3rd if you are interested in being considered for this position and growing your career with Unyte.

We thank you for your interest in joining Unyte, however, only those best suited for the position will be contacted.
