Title: Administrative Officer
Terms of employment: Full-time Permanent
Wages: $36.10/hour
Hours of work: 8 hours per day, 32 hours per week
Benefits: 4% vacation pay
Location of work: Unit125&130 - 14271 Knox Way, Richmond, BC V6V 2Z4 Canada

Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate RSP Enterprise Inc.'s office administrative procedures, conducting regular reviews and implementing new procedures as required.
Establish work priorities, delegate tasks to office support staff, ensuring all deadlines are met and industry-specific procedures are strictly followed.
Manage administrative tasks associated with our local sales and technical support teams to ensure smooth operations.
Plan and coordinate office services, such as accommodation, relocations, equipment inventory, supplies procurement, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security services.
Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations related to budgeting, contracting, project planning, and management processes.
Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain strict inventory and budgetary controls.
Gather data, prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence to facilitate effective communication within the team and with external partners.
Supervise records management technicians and related staff as necessary, ensuring efficient and accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications:

A college diploma in business or public administration is required
At least 1 year of experience in a related position.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
