This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Head Office & Retail Support Administrator. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to both our head office and retail stores, ensuring smooth communication and administrative efficiency across both areas.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a welcoming and professional experience for visitors, customers, and employees
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence
- Receive packages and coordinate store-level administrative tasks
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Experience working in an administrative/customer service role
- Fast and accurate data entry skills with the ability to multi-task
- Experience managing customer conflict and escalation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
