Job Description
We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our front-office team as a Customer Service Coordinator. In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service by assisting dealers with a range of requests, including greeting customers, answering calls and emails, processing payments, and resolving inquiries. You will also coordinate administrative tasks related to dealer registration, title management, and eBusiness processes, as well as perform clerical duties such as data entry, processing information, and generating reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. You should have a strong understanding of general office administration principles and practices, as well as experience working with computer software applications, particularly Google Suite. A high school diploma or equivalent education is required, with 1-2 years of related experience in an administrative capacity.
