The Role:
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to our C-suite while also assisting other leaders within the company. Our high-performing leadership team has built one of Canada's most successful clean technology companies over a decade and values integrity, productivity, teamwork, and quality.
This is a new role at Saltworks, designed to support and enable senior leadership. The Executive Assistant will become an essential team member, working across the leadership team to enhance efficiency and organization. This is an on-site role at our office.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work closely with senior leaders to support day-to-day business operations.
- Support production and quality control of PowerPoint presentations and proposals.
- Manage schedules & book travel.
- Co-host important clients & partners when they visit our facility.
- Work with our marketing leader to prepare marketing materials for trade shows & conferences.
- Provide administrative support to our HR leader and plan employee events.
- Assist with document editing, filing, and distribution.
- Manage office furniture and supplies while ensuring meeting rooms and the cafeteria remain tidy and welcoming.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- High proficiency in English (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- BASIC graphic design and/or technical writing skills would be an asset.
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
