Position: Sales Strategy & Operations Manager

About this exciting opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Strategy & Operations Manager . In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to retain patients, increase visit frequency, and enhance overall patient satisfaction during their journey with us.

This role offers a unique hybrid work arrangement, blending remote work with in-office collaboration at our headquarters in North York, along with visits to various Hearing Solutions clinics. Therefore, candidates must demonstrate flexibility and possess access to a vehicle.


What you will do:

  • Develop and execute repeat patient marketing campaigns/programs aimed at retaining patients and increasing visit frequency
  • Mine the patient database to identify the best opportunities to maximize conversions
  • Lead and manage a team of Appointment Coordinators in the call centre, ensuring exceptional service and a highly effective booking process for inbound and outbound calls
  • Review and audit daily files to ensure the correct next steps are assigned to each patient, optimizing their journey with us
  • Investigate, manage, and reduce cancellation and no-show rates through strategic initiatives
  • Collect and analyze patient feedback to better understand their needs, identify satisfaction levels, and implement improvement plans as needed
  • Orchestrate the design and implementation of all aspects of the Go-To-Market strategy under the annual sales strategy planning cycle
  • Create executive-level presentations for Marketing and Sales to execute strategy
  • Collaborate with many cross-functional teams such as finance, sales, marketing, operations, and others


What you bring:

  • Proven experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, and booking software applications, with a proactive approach to enhancing productivity through technology
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills catering to diverse audiences
  • Strong leadership skills with proven management experience (experience managing inter-departmental groups an asset)
  • Consistent achievement of targets, fostering a winning team spirit, and prioritizing outcomes over efforts
  • Strategic thinking with innovative problem-solving
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with ability to adapt positively to changing priorities
  • Committed to patience excellence
  • Experience in healthcare or working with a senior demographic is an asset
