**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
- Manage and grow existing accounts.
- Work closely with the Solution Architect and Delivery teams to build customized solutions pitches for the account.
- Work with Technology business line leaders to use customer feedback and analytical insights in the formation of new products/solutions.
- Coordinating a variety of administrative, order entry, or report formatting processes and project tasks in support of assigned technical sales team.
- Gather telecom order information from technical sales team or clients directly, and submit orders in the assigned sales order entry system in a timely and accurate manner.
- Review and streamline data entry template formats, and develop new worksheets, databases, or other software tools to facilitate order entry and tracking for the assigned sales team.
- Build a general understanding of the technical requirements and information necessary to complete order entry and answer basic order questions from clients and sales team.
- Coordinate, track, and facilitate various assigned project activities and obtain necessary approval to keep projects and workflow moving.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans that include program objectives, strategies, timelines and identification of recommendations for new service offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in the telecom industry with a professional service and solution background.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to travel as required.
