Sales and Outreach:

- Engage with our current customer base and potential customers on various platforms to drive sales and establish relationships.
- Execute all marketing and sales strategies with the marketing team by company standards.

Client Support:

- Provide continuous attention to customer needs; greet, assist and thank customers in a prompt, courteous and friendly manner.
- Perform cashiering duties, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and operating the Clover system.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Sales Reporting:

- Summarizing customer base feedback and industry trend from daily operation. Offer product suggestions when needed.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, promotional strategies, and customer feedback.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with different functional teams within the organization to ensure an integrated and effective sales approach. Provide services to internal customers.
- Attend regularly scheduled sales team and marketing team meetings.

Other:

- Lift and move heavy buckets and water or large arrangement of flowers.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Perform other tasks related to the Sales department as assigned.

**Requirements**:
1 year experience working in retail or equivalent

Fluent in Mandarin

The ability to work individually or as part of a team

The ability to work under pressure and effectively problem solve when required.

Comfortable working in a highly fast-paced environment.

Strong learning skills and eager to learn.

Attitude is everything.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: From $16.55 per hour

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
