Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will meet with clients in the showroom and on occasion on-site. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and customer service to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment in the luxury design industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or issues
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and potential areas for growth
- Develop and deliver effective sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our products/services
- Collaborate with internal teams to analyze sales data, track progress towards goals, and develop strategies for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years experience in sales or customer service
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Passionate to excel in personal and career growth
- Passionate for art, design, fashion is a bonus

We offer competitive compensation packages including base salary plus commission. Additionally, we provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities to support your success as a Sales Consultant.
