Reporting to the Director, Marketing & Communications, the Business Development Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Account Manager regarding business development or relationship management efforts associated with the Corporate Partnership program and the College Partners program. Administrative support may also include attending associated events and activities aimed at promoting the Association’s profile.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain and update Excel documents to track partnerships with corporate and academic partners
  • Coordinate billing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoices.
  • Update registration links and monitor functionality for partners.
  • Handle partner inquiries efficiently, ensuring timely and effective resolution through coordination with the appropriate contacts.
  • Disseminate announcements and updates to partners as directed.
  • Coordinate meetings and assist in preparing materials for stakeholder discussions.
  • Manage comprehensive databases of partner contacts and records.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of agreements, correspondence, and partnership details.
  • Assist in the smooth onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Collaborate across departments to implement necessary changes and updates relevant to partnerships.
  • Assist in managing contract renewal processes with corporate and academic partners.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation and communications are prepared for contract renewals.
  • Coordinate and provide support for quarterly meetings with stakeholders to review partnership progress, identify upcoming opportunities, and address challenges.
  • Assist in preparing materials and presentations for quarterly meetings.
  • Contribute to the preparation of quarterly reports tracking partnership performance and key metrics.
  • Availability to attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions. Willingness to travel on occasion, if necessary.

Knowledge/Skills Required:

  • Attention to detail. 
  • Juggle multiple projects at one time, solve problems and work well under pressure.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of administrative related software, survey, and presentation tools (e.g. Survey Monkey, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint,), and file management.
  • Zoom and Microsoft Teams experience.
  • Strong technical, research and analytical tools.
  • Prioritize work to meet time sensitive projects and deliver what is committed.
