- Proven experience in business development or sales role, MUST in Staffing Industry ---_Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and close deals
- Excellent project management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in using CRM software, such as Salesforce and Hubspot, to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred, but not required

**Salary**: $48,992.00-$215,000.00 per year
