We are looking for talented stylists who value all aspects of hairdressing with emphasis on the social and interpersonal aspect of the job. Someone who is social media that will be able to promote themselves as well as our salon.

We are a new hair salon located in newmarket beautiful studio

40%- 50% commission on services (based on experience)

10% commission on product sales

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding clients' needs and preferences for hair styling.
  • Perform hair cutting, coloring, and styling services while ensuring sanitation standards are met.
  • Upsell hair care products and services to enhance client satisfaction and drive sales.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including front desk responsibilities.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure a positive salon experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
  • Proficient in hair styling techniques and trends
  • Strong understanding of sanitation and hygiene practices
  • Ability to upsell products and services effectively
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients
  • Experience in retail sales and front desk operations is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Casual, Freelance

Contract length: 1 day

Pay: $100.00-$200.00 per day
