Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate licensed Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity while providing exceptional hair care services to our valued clients. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair styling, cutting, and colouring services in a welcoming and professional environment. Your ability to connect with clients and understand their needs will be key to ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Duties

  • Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling according to client preferences.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace by adhering to sanitation standards.
  • Engage with clients to understand their hair care needs and recommend appropriate services or products.
  • Upsell additional services and retail products that enhance the client's experience.
  • Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries.
  • Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to provide informed recommendations.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication.

Skills

  • Proficient in various hair styling techniques and trends.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Experience in retail sales, particularly in upselling products related to hair care.
  • Ability to manage front desk operations efficiently while multitasking.
  • Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff.
