Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hair styling and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Senior Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair services while also mentoring junior stylists and contributing to the overall success of our salon.

Duties

  • Provide a range of hair styling services, including cuts, color, and treatments, tailored to meet client needs.
  • Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the salon environment.
  • Engage with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Upsell products and services to enhance client satisfaction and boost salon revenue.
  • Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
  • Foster strong communication with team members to ensure a collaborative work environment.
  • Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to provide clients with current styles.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong knowledge of sanitation practices in accordance with industry standards.
  • Ability to effectively upsell products and services based on client needs.
  • Exceptional communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
  • Experience in retail sales is a plus, enhancing the overall client experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $34,400.00-$45,000.00 per year
