Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hair styling and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful hairstyles while ensuring a positive experience for our clients. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with customers will be essential in this role.

Duties

  • Provide high-quality hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
  • Sanitate tools and workstations to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients and staff.
  • Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
  • Empathetic
  • Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication.
  • Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong skills in hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and treatments.
  • Experience in retail sales is a plus, with the ability to effectively upsell products and services.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
  • A valid cosmetology license is required.
