Key Account Manager – Hit the Road & Drive Results – Wagonmaster Group
Location: Ontario (Lots of travel – see your impact firsthand)
Wagonmaster Group is looking for a high-energy, results-driven Key Account Manager to roll out exciting new programs across Ontario. This isn't a desk job—you'll be on the road, building relationships, training teams, and driving measurable results. Automotive experience is a plus, but what really matters is your sales drive, relationship skills, and ability to own your territory.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Own your accounts and territory—make your mark
- Lead program rollouts and provide hands-on training.
- Build strong partnerships with dealerships and business partners.
- Plan and execute sales initiatives to hit and exceed targets.
- Use our CRM to track progress and keep improving.
- Collaborate with management, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure smooth operations.
Who You Are:
- 2+ years in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
- Confident on the road with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Strong communicator, comfortable presenting and collaborating.
- Self-starter with a competitive edge and a "get it done" attitude.
- Thrives on autonomy and travel, loves meeting new people and closing deals.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Automotive repairs or dealership experience.
- Knowledge of GM Fixed Operations.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and business software.
