Responsibilities

  • Manage delivery operations for key accounts in the North American region.
  • Conduct regular visits to VIP clients in the region to maintain close relationships and gain deep insights into their needs.
  • Prepare required materials in advance, based on client requirements and company guidelines, to ensure on-time order fulfillment.
  • Proactively inquire about any special supply requirements from clients and promptly communicate them internally.
  • Address and coordinate responses to any client inquiries or issues related to delivery, working closely with internal departments to ensure effective resolution.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring orders are fulfilled as agreed, and swiftly manage any unexpected issues during execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with proven experience in key account delivery management; experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the North American market, including local business culture and market practices.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with clients.
  • Excellent problem-solving and adaptability skills, capable of handling unexpected challenges in the delivery process.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English, with the ability to use both as working languages.
  • High sense of responsibility and professionalism, with the ability to perform well under pressure.
