Job Overview

We are seeking a warm and reliable Spa Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing the daily operations of the spa. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Duties

  • Greet clients warmly upon arrival and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations efficiently.
  • Handle client inquiries via phone, messages, email, and in-person with professionalism.
  • Promote spa services and products based on customers individual needs.
  • Maintain an organized reception area and ensure all supplies are stocked.
  • Maintain a clean shop environment
  • Assist therapist with room turn over
  • Process payments accurately using POS and submit insurance claim through various platforms.
  • Assist in maintaining client records and updating information as necessary.
  • Other receptionist and administrative related duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous administrative experience is an asset.
  • Certification or experience of aesthetics preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and financial records.
  • Comfort with EMR systems, Microsoft Office applications and social media platforms.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-service driven.
  • A calm, professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
