We are a growing spa dedicated to providing exceptional massage and esthetic services in a calm, welcoming environment. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a professional and friendly Spa Receptionist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and create a warm, welcoming experience upon arrival
  • Manage the front desk and handle day-to-day spa operations
  • Schedule and confirm appointments using Jane Appointments and other online booking platforms
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and handle client records with accuracy
  • Assist with retail sales of spa products and maintain reception area cleanliness
  • Support practitioners and management with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a spa, salon, clinic, or hospitality setting preferred
  • Familiarity with online booking systems (Jane Appointments experience a strong asset)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
