Pillar & Post is currently seeking a Full Time Spa Supervisor to join our growing team

**What You'll be doing**:

- Performs the daily administration of the Spa facility; performing the inventory control functions, providing guidance and direction to the spa Team Members
- Prepares the payroll for the Team Members
- Responds to team member concerns
- Provides guest service functions such as: membership questions, resolving problems and complaints as required
- Performs various sales functions as required
- Provided assistance to the spa receptionists in performing their duties
- Fills in for the Spa Concierge as required
- Fill Duty Manager shifts when required
- Actively seeking way to meet Guests’ product or service needs
- All other duties as assigned

**What you'll bring to the team**:

- Previous supervisory experience or equivalent experience working within a spa environment
- Post-secondary education in recreational fitness and/or a wellness type program.
- Minimum of 2 years administrative work combined with supervisory experience.
- Previous up-selling and/or sales experience is considered an asset.
- Ability to multitask
- Previous upselling experience considered an asset
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work days, evenings and weekends
