**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations efficiently.
- Promote spa services and products based on customers individual needs.
- Maintain an organized reception area and ensure all supplies are stocked.
- Maintain a clean shop environment
- Assist therapist with room turn over
- Process payments accurately using POS and submit insurance claim through various platforms.
- Assist in maintaining client records and updating information as necessary.
- Other receptionist and administrative related duties as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous administrative experience is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and financial records.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-service driven.
- A calm, professional demeanor with a positive attitude.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.40-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
