Position Summary

AMBA Health and Beauty Spa is seeking a warm, professional, and service-focused Spa Concierge / Front Desk Receptionist / Spa Attendant to join our team. This key role is responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience from the moment clients arrive. You will assist with phone inquiries, appointment bookings, guest check-in, and general spa operations while providing knowledgeable support regarding our services and amenities.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service experience, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome guests and guide them to appropriate service areas
  • Collect and enter required client information accurately
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls with professionalism
  • Manage email and front desk correspondence
  • Schedule, confirm, and modify appointments as needed
  • Support general spa operations and assist the team where required

Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and guest service skills
  • A genuine desire to create positive guest experiences
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed in a busy environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
