Job Overview

Inter-Mtn. Testing Ltd. is a Kelowna-based company providing specialized Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) services for 35+ years across a wide range of industries, including the ski industry Canada-wide.

We are seeking a reliable Administrative & Dispatch Coordinator to support technician scheduling and daily office operations. This is a permanent, long-term position, and we are looking for someone who wants to grow with our team. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Dispatch technicians, arrange and confirm customer appointments, and ensure schedules and travel details are accurate
  • Create and update work orders
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Manage company database through METHOD CRM
  • Answer incoming phone and email inquiries; perform data entry, shipping, and administrative support
  • Provide consistent and professional customer service
  • Contact new leads and follow up with existing clients
  • Track vehicle maintenance status and submit weekly updates
  • Maintain office cleanliness and coordinate with the cleaning company
  • Manage office equipment, inventory, and supplies in a cost-effective manner
  • General administrative support and other duties as required

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3+ years of customer service or administrative experience
  • Strong multitasking ability in a busy environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Strong time-management abilities
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online and METHOD CRM is an asset
