**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service over the phone and in person
- Open and close work orders
- Acts as point of contact between project managers, sales team, technicians, and customers
- Plan and coordinate installations, service calls, and preventative maintenance programs
- Pro-actively follow up with customers regarding schedule changes
- Proven ability to multi-task under fast-paced, sometimes high-stressed environment
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and positive interaction with customers, management, and teammates
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Engage in and promote Door Systems safety culture
- Work towards the goal of a positive environment and help drive a customer focused culture

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years telephone experience
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience
- Experience directing and organizing teams or projects
- Ability to multi-task and excel in fast paced environment
- Attention to detail and effective paperwork organization
- Ability to multi-task and be highly organized
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent Microsoft Excel experience required
- Basic Microsoft Word and Outlook experience
- Preference will be given to those with construction and trade related experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Competitive with current industry standard and based on experience

- Customer Service: 2 years (preferred)
- Telephone Skills: 2 years (required)

**Salary**: $48,000.00-$68,000.00 per year
