ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY..

Regional Recycling is seeking a Dispatch and Administration Coordinator to ensure smooth coordination between depots, drivers, and customers, while supporting the systems and administrative functions that keep our operations running efficiently.

You will be the communication hub; managing schedules, updating route information, and ensuring customers receive timely and reliable service. Alongside dispatch coordination, you'll assist with recordkeeping, data entry, and system testing to help maintain accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement across our internal platforms.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate and update daily and weekly route schedules, ensuring service timelines and communication standards are met.
  • Support depots and drivers with dispatch information, updates, and customer coordination.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and service requests in coordination with depot and operations teams.
  • Help document recurring customer questions and contribute to updating internal FAQs and the company knowledge base.
  • Conduct system testing to identify and document issues, verify data accuracy, and support smooth software performance.
  • Follow structured testing steps and clearly communicate results or issues to relevant teams.
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and digital record management.
  • Help maintain and organize operational documentation to support consistent, accurate processes.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Who You Are

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Intermediate computer literacy; comfortable using spreadsheets, task trackers, and online platforms.
  • Ability to follow step-by-step processes and document findings clearly.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Previous experience in dispatch, and/or administrative support is an asset.
  • Interest or familiarity with system testing, QA processes, or technology tools is an advantage (training provided).
