About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Vehicle Dispatch Coordinator to support our fleet operations across the North American region. This role is responsible for vehicle scheduling, fleet utilization, maintenance coordination, and daily operational support. The ideal candidate has experience in fleet or logistics operations, strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, cross-regional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate dispatching, scheduling, and utilization of company-owned vehicles to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Monitor vehicle conditions, mileage, and maintenance cycles; arrange regular inspections and servicing.
  • Coordinate with external vehicle suppliers and service partners to ensure quality and timely support.
  • Manage vehicle access, documentation, insurance, licensing, inspection records, and other administrative tasks.
  • Compile operational and fleet usage data, prepare regular reports, and recommend process improvements.
  • Communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin for daily coordination, documentation, and cross-regional collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Background in vehicle dispatching, logistics operations, fleet management, or transportation management preferred.
  • Familiarity with dispatching systems, GPS tracking platforms, or workforce/route management tools is an asset.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent cross-department coordination and customer communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel to Taiwan for short-term training and support cross-regional operations within North America.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in dispatching, fleet operations, or related fields preferred.
  • Proficiency in both Mandarin and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
