Personal Lines Sales Producer

Job Type:
In Office (5 Days), Full Time, Permanent

Work Location
: Grimsby, Lincoln, or surrounding Areas, West Niagara, Ontario, CA

Pay
: This is a commission-based position. Estimated -From $50,000 annually

What You Will Do:

  • Prospect and grow a personal lines portfolio
  • Handle new and referral business through warm leads and active cold calling/prospecting
  • Advise clients on coverage and support policy/claims inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records in our broker management system
  • Collaborate with carriers, vendors, and colleagues

What You Bring:

  • Minimum 3 years of insurance experience
  • Provincial insurance license (Level 1 or RIBO) is required
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and broker management systems
  • CIP, CRM, or other designations an asset
