**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Prospecting & Lead Generation**: Build pipeline through self-sourced activity while leveraging qualified leads provided by SDRs.
- ** Discovery & Solution Selling**: Run discovery calls to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions that align with AOS offerings.
- ** Sales Presentations & Demos**: Confidently present and demonstrate AOS products and services to prospective clients.
- ** Proposals & Negotiations**: Develop proposals, manage pricing discussions, and lead contract negotiations to successfully close business.
- ** Collaboration & Handoff**: Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition of new clients to Account Managers, typically within 30 days of onboarding.
- ** Pipeline & CRM Management**: Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity, opportunities, and progress in HubSpot CRM.
- ** Market Awareness**: Stay informed on industry trends, technology advancements, and competitor activity to position AOS effectively.
**Qualifications**
- ** Experience**: Minimum 2 years of B2B closing experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
- ** Industry Knowledge**: Background in office technology, managed services, SaaS, or IT solutions required—or a strong technical acumen with the ability to quickly learn complex solutions.
- ** Skills**: Strong consultative selling abilities, with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- ** Attributes**: Hungry, competitive, and motivated to win, while maintaining integrity and doing what’s right for the client. Inquisitive, curious, and driven to uncover needs and deliver value.
- ** Tech Savvy**: Proficient in HubSpot CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
- ** Team Player**: Able to collaborate effectively across SDR, AM, and operational teams.
