- We are seeking a_ **Bottling Line Operator **_to join our _**_Operations Team_**
- Reporting into the Packaging Manager, The Bottling Line Operator will be responsible for providing support to the Lead Line Operator while working with the Bottle shop team to ensure the efficient production of finished goods which meets both Company and Government quality and work safe practices._

**_ We are looking for a teammate with:_**
- High School Diploma or GED
- Five years' work experience or training in a similar manufacturing operation.
- Packaging quality experience
- HACCP and ISO training
- Forklift training
- Oral and Written communication skills

**_ This teammate will be accountable for:_**
- Participates in training program and qualification process for a Line Operator Level 3.
- Trouble shoots and make minor adjustments, fully change over All Lines
- PS and Cold glue Labeler sets-up and adjustments to meet optimum efficiency
- Maintains inputs on the PLC and mechanical adjustments on the filers, labelers, packers, and check-Scales.
- Inspect and make machine set-up adjustments to ensure the product is free of defects and meets final product specifications i.e.; PS and Cold Glue labelers
- Assists maintenance and lead operators during scheduled shut downs
- Assist when required to perform hot water and chemical sanitization of fillers, filter housings, rinsers. Perform filter integrity Test.
- Reprocessing as required i.e., re-labeling, dumping, inspection.
- Ensures safe work practices are followed. Reports work related injuries and hazards immediately to the Production Supervisor.
- Maintains quality standards by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's). Reports any and all quality concerns to the Production Supervisor.
- Participates in the Maintenance of all areas in the Bottle Shop through collaboration with all Team members.
- Training of other team members upon request
- Demonstrates continuous improvement in the competencies of a Level 1 and Level 2 line operator.
- Follows safe work procedures and practices and reports all unsafe working conditions / hazards to their reporting Manager.
- Will be required to work afternoon shifts and third shift occasionally
