If you are a recent RIBO License holder or a recent graduate working toward your RIBO Level 1, this opportunity is designed to help you gain hands-on experience, build confidence, and prepare for a full-time role in Personal Lines.

About the Opportunity

Our Life in Personal Lines Apprenticeship Program
is an eight-month, part-time training experience that equips you with practical skills across three core areas: technical service, customer service, and sales. You will work closely with experienced teams across the brokerage and learn how Personal Lines operates end-to-end. The goal is simple: to help you build a strong foundation so you are ready for full-time employment as an Account Executive (Producer) or Account Representative (CSR) upon completion.

If you do not yet have your RIBO Level 1, we will support your licensing process while you develop your skills.

Program Structure

Technical Service and Back Office (10 Weeks)

You will learn how the operation runs behind the scenes, including processing, payments, mail management, telecommunications, and working with our TSR and front-desk teams. You will gain exposure to our BMS, renewals, abeyance management, and essential administrative workflows.

Customer Service (10 Weeks)

You will support CSRs in managing a book of business, coordinating client service needs, reviewing renewals, and learning best practices that contribute to high retention, accuracy, and client satisfaction.

Sales (12 Weeks)

You will work directly with the sales team to understand the fundamentals of selling personal lines insurance. This includes quoting, lead generation, cold-calling, client outreach, and pipeline tracking. This rotation prepares you for a potential producer role with long-term earning potential.

Location:
Grimsby, Lincoln, West Lincoln, or broader West Niagara

Employment Type:
Part-time, 15 hours per week (approximately 60 hours per month)

Duration:
8 months

Compensation:
$20 per hour

Career Growth

Participants who complete the program successfully may be offered a full-time position as an Account Executive (Producer) or Account Representative (CSR) depending on performance, licensing status, and organizational needs.
