We are looking for a professional, friendly, and highly organized Front Office Receptionist to join our client's team in Concord, Ontario. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity, perfect for a motivated individual eager to grow their career in a dynamic and supportive workplace.
The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in front desk or administrative roles, strong communication skills, and a welcoming presence to represent the company at the front office.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients, visitors, and employees in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and route incoming phone calls efficiently
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Keep the reception area neat and organized
- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
- Support other departments with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
- Monitor office supply levels and reorder as needed
- Ensure a positive first impression of the company for all visitors
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years' experience in receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Approachable, professional, and friendly demeanor
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Able to multitask and stay composed under pressure
- Maintains discretion and professionalism at all times
