What You'll Do:
- Lead Generation & Relationship-Building:
Drive business growth by building lasting client connections. - Sales Strategies & Targets:
Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals. - Negotiations & Contracts:
Prepare and submit contracts with prospective customers. - Sales Presentations:
Execute dynamic presentations tailored to each prospect. - Customer Support:
Answer questions, address needs, and keep our clients satisfied. - Reports & Documentation:
Prepare monthly reports and maintain accurate customer records. - Event Participation:
Work food shows and represent Magnum Food Brokers at industry events.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 1-3 years of Sales Experience
(Experience in the food industry is an asset) - Passion for Food:
A genuine interest in food, with a background in food service or food sales being a major plus. - Customer Service Excellence:
A commitment to delivering exceptional service and building strong client relationships. - Communication Skills:
Must speak English and French. Strong written and verbal communication in both languages, with the ability to present and negotiate with ease. - Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for various tasks. - Self-Motivated & Independent:
Thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous work environment.
