Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective relationship building and strategic account management. You will engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions that align with our offerings. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a passion for business development in a B2B environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
- Conduct outside sales activities including prospecting, cold calling, and networking to identify new business opportunities.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on sales performance.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and optimize outreach efforts.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that effectively communicate the value of our products/services.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in B2B environments.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
- Background in business development or account management is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with technology sales is a plus, along with experience in marketing strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs effectively.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $34,400.00-$80,000.00 per year
