What You'll Do as a Rogers Sales Representative:

  • Deliver top-notch service: As a Rogers Sales Representative, you'll greet every customer and make them feel welcome while understanding their needs.
  • Drive sales results: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by showcasing Rogers' products, services, and solutions.
  • Become a product expert: As a Rogers Sales Representative, stay updated on Rogers' latest plans, devices, and promotions so you can confidently recommend the best options.
  • Resolve issues: Provide fast and friendly assistance to ensure customers leave happy — a critical part of your role as a Rogers Sales Representative.
  • Work as a team: Collaborate with other Rogers Sales Representatives and leaders to achieve shared goals.

What We're Looking For in a Rogers Sales Representative:

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service (experience as a Rogers Sales Representative is an asset).
  • A friendly, approachable personality and strong communication skills.
  • A proven ability to hit sales goals and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn — traits that make a successful Rogers Sales Representative.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$25.44 per hour
