Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for outbound cold calling based on our lead list, updating customer information in the CRM system, and supporting the sales process from initial contact to order follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make cold calls to potential customers from provided lead lists.
  • Record customer responses, needs, and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects and clients.
  • Provide product information and support to new and existing customers.
  • Follow up on inquiries and assist with order processing when needed.
  • Collaborate with the outside sales and operations teams for seamless customer service.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Friendly, confident, and customer-focused personality.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (training provided).
  • Sales experience or automotive industry background is a plus.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
