**The Inside Sales Support Representative** is responsible for promoting Guycan’s roofing services to new customers and supporting the outside sales team. The Rep will be expected to reach prospecting targets through effective time management. This individual will also support the outside sales team with proposals, scheduling and marketing initiatives. Rep will at all times maintain a positive and professional attitude. Multi-tasking skills, computer literacy, interpersonal skills, professional drive and high energy is essential for this role. This position offers an opportunity for advancement.

List Duties:

- Cold call provided lists of prospects and create targeted lists from time to time
- Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers
- Calls prospective customers in designated market area to qualify leads and explain type of services offered
- Updates client information and correspondences in company database
- Follows up with customers to ensure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems
- Tracks daily, weekly, or monthly personal progress
- Assist in preparation of proposals and marketing materials/packages
- Assist in scheduling

Absolutely no direct selling.

Pay: $38,000.00-$42,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Stouffville, ON L4A 7X4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
