We build fences for thousands of homes every year and have both an excellent reputation and a high referral rate inevery community where we have constructed fences. Chances are we have built fences in your community already (References available upon request)

Our company specializes in wood privacy fences and we build for large sub-divisions as well as single homes, municipalities, home builders as well as commercial work. Over 90% of our business is focused in this area and we have a large group of CAN DO Fence Team Members to support the thousands of homes we complete annually. With 25 Years under our belt, we are one of the most experienced and skilled contractors in the business today.

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Conduct business development activities to identify new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track interactions, and report on sales activities.
- Engage in technical sales discussions to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Perform telemarketing duties to reach out to prospective clients and promote our offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on achieving targets and improving processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in business development or inside sales, preferably in technology sales.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish; ability to engage with diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Experience in technical sales or telemarketing is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
