Inside Sales Representative - Warehousing and Transportation
Our Client a well-established logistics provider is seeking a results-driven and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join their sales team. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual with a "hunter" mindset to play a critical role in expanding market presence and driving revenue growth. If you're energized by building relationships and closing deals, this role will let you take full ownership of your sales strategy. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional with a strong B2B background who brings a personal book of business and thrives in a high-performance, relationship-driven environment.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years sales experience in warehousing operations, freight management, or 3PL services.
- Active book of B2B business or established client portfolio - an asset.
- Solid understanding of warehousing and the North American transportation market.
- Strong negotiation, prospecting, and deal-closing skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and independent.
- Valid driver's license required.
Experience
- Previous experience in inside/outside sales, business development, or technical sales is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving results in a competitive environment.
- Proven ability in account management and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes and marketing strategies is essential.
