We are the ComStar Network. We have been providing world-class radio marketing products and services to US & Canadian radio stations for over 15 years. Our products help broadcasters generate more revenue.

As a ComStar Network team member, you will help build and develop customer relationships with radio station managers and sales managers in the US market.

The successful candidates must have strong conversational telephone skills. You will be introducing our company and its services and setting up ZOOM appointments for our sales team. You will be incorporating a proven marketing system.

If you are a driven, resourceful professional who has telemarketing or sales experience, or you have worked in radio and have exceptional telephone communication abilities, we would like to talk to you.

Benefits:

We offer a generous performance-based compensation package. The annual compensation range for this position in the first year is $45,500 to $65,000 in US dollars (full-time). In the second year, you can develop this position into a six-figure income.

• All sales will be in the US. All compensation is in US dollars.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced, motivated radio sales professional looking to join our marketing team. We offer excellent income and growth potential.

Position Overview:

• You will be handling, prospecting, and developing new customer relationships.
• Meet daily call goals and weekly appointment goals following a proven system.
• Have strong telephone, interpersonal, and communications skills.
• You exude confidence, build rapport easily, and are an expert at active listening.
• You can work in a team environment and independently.
• No direct sales required. Your goal is to introduce the company and set up ZOOM meetings.
• You are great at following up with potential clients.
• You have a computer, internet access, and phone service.

Experience

• A college degree. (Preferred but not required).
• Two years' proven experience as a telemarketer, or sales experience preferred.
• Radio experience is an asset.
• You can provide customers with a great telemarketing experience.
• Excellent written and computer skills.
• You have a proven ability to initiate and develop new relationships and business.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
