Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English and Spanish to join our team. The CSR will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a professional attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
● Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a professional and timely manner.
● Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
● Assist customers with account-related issues, billing questions, orders, returns, and technical support (as applicable).
● Resolve customer complaints efficiently, escalating complex issues to supervisors or other departments when necessary.
● Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
● Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
● Meet or exceed performance metrics including response time, customer satisfaction, and quality standards.
● Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve customer experience and internal processes.
● Stay updated on company products, services, and policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
● High school diploma or equivalent (associate's or bachelor's degree preferred).
● Minimum 2 years' sales experience working in a Call Center or telemarketing environment
● Excellent communication skills (well spoken, professional, friendly and courteous)
● Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
● Ability to multitask, prioritizes, and manages time effectively.
● Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM software, ticketing systems).
● Patience and empathy when dealing with customers.
● Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if required.
● Experience with windows-based software and internet browsing
● Reliable, Consistent Internet Speed of 50 Mbps upload and download speed
● Windows based computer or pc
● Remote home office with quiet environment
Work Environment & Schedule:
● May involve rotational shifts depending on business hours.
- Fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.75-$22.00 per hour
