Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, generating interest in our services, and setting appointments for our sales team. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be key to your success in driving business development and contributing to our growth.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outreach through various channels including phone calls, emails, and social media to generate leads.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and presenting appropriate solutions.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team with potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation.
  • Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and ensure continued interest.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the appointment setting process.

Skills

  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.
  • Experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or technology sales is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems for tracking leads and managing customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Ability to work effectively in inside sales environments and contribute to business development efforts.
