Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven, commission based, Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Retail sales and B2B sales with a passion for technology. This role requires exceptional communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business development initiatives, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and target markets.
- Utilize personal software CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer interactions effectively.
- Engage in telemarketing efforts to generate leads and set appointments with prospective clients.
- Present product offerings to clients, demonstrating the value of our solutions in addressing their needs.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional strategies that align with sales objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies relevant to our products.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology or technical sales environments.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Familiarity with inside sales techniques and telemarketing practices.l, boats, yachts, airplanes and real estate
- Demonstrated ability in business development and customer service excellence.
- Strong marketing acumen with an understanding of how it integrates with the sales process.
