Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant. The position is located in North York, ON. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing phone calls, maintaining files and records, scheduling appointments, and providing executive administrative support. The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients.
Qualifications
- Experience in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills and general office procedures
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
- High school diploma or GED required; an associate's degree or relevant certification is a plus
