We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and friendly individual to join our team as an Order Entry / Inside Sales Coordinator. This role is a vital part of our day-to-day operations, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking skills, the ability to work under pressure, and good common sense.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing:
  • Accurately enter customer purchase orders into our system
  • Confirm order details, pricing, and lead times with customers
  • Follow up on open orders and provide status updates
  • Customer Service & Inside Sales:
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
  • Respond to emails promptly with accurate information
  • Assist customers with product questions, order status, and basic sales support
  • Logistics & Scheduling:
  • Schedule pickups for freight and courier deliveries
  • Coordinate with carriers to ensure timely deliveries and pickups
  • Communicate shipping details with customers as needed
  • Administrative Support:
  • Maintain organized records and filing systems (digital and/or physical)
  • Order office and shipping supplies as needed
  • Assist with general office organization and upkeep
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in order entry, customer service, or administrative roles preferred
  • Strong computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, order management systems)
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with attention to detail
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanour
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
