We are seeking an organized and proactive Inside Sales Coordinator (recent graduate) to support our expanding sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming leads, supporting our outside sales team, maintaining house accounts, and analyzing data to drive sales performance company-wide. This role is key to ensuring an efficient, data-driven, and customer-focused sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage, qualify, and distribute incoming leads through CRM and email channels.

· Maintain relationships with house accounts, ensuring consistent communication and excellent customer service.

· Provide administrative and coordination support to outside sales representatives, including quote creation and follow-up.

· Track sales activity, generate performance reports, and manage data accuracy across CRM and ERP systems.

· Analyze sales metrics and provide insights to the management team for forecasting and strategic planning.

· Maintain and update sales documentation, price lists, and customer databases.

· Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns and lead generation tracking.

· Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.

To succeed in this job, you will need:

· Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal skills to effectively support clients, colleagues, and external partners.

· Analytical Mindset: Comfort working with data, tracking metrics, and identifying trends to improve team performance.

· Initiative and Collaboration: A proactive self-starter who thrives in a team environment and is eager to contribute to collective goals.

· Technical Proficiency: Experience using CRM platforms preferred but not required, Excel or Google Sheets, and ERP tools for sales tracking and reporting.

Eligibility:

This full-time position is being offered through the National Research Council of Canada (NRC) Youth Employment Program (YEP), which provides funding to help innovative Canadian businesses hire recent post-secondary graduates. In order to be eligible:

  • Must be a recent post-secondary graduate (within the last 12 months).
  • Must be between 15 and 30 years old at the start of employment.
  • Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident legally entitled to work in Canada.

Work Environment:

This is a fast-paced, multi-faceted role which involves working in a dynamic environment with frequent interactions across departments.

Salary Range:

This is a permanent, full-time in-person role with an annual salary of between $40,000 and $50,000 depending on experience level.
