Norbel Metal Service has been in business since 1967. We are a family-oriented, steel processing facility, servicing our valued customers. At Norbel Metal we have over 120,000 sq/ft of warehouse space in Etobicoke, providing us with a central location to all of our customers across Southern Ontario.

We are looking for a motivated individual who is business-minded, has excellent communication skills and works collaboratively with a team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the various team members to learn about our product, service, and operations.
- Liaise with the production team to enter new and existing orders into our software system.
- Respond to customer order inquiries and update statuses in a timely and professional manner.
- Work in a safely at all times, adhering to company policies.
- Additional sales/administrative duties may be required.

Qualifications:

- Degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Background or experience working in a manufacturing environment is an asset.
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively.
- Be a team player and able to work well with others on the job
